Time to Back England!
At the beginning of the year Sunderland were put forward as nominated candidate host city, along with Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Plymouth, Nottingham, London, Manchester, Newcastle/Gateshead and Milton Keynes.
