Just Keep Running!
In an attempt to get extra fit for the Great North Run, Vince and Graeme will be taking part in the Sunderland 10K run on the 18th July.
The run starts, and finishes at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light and after last year’s 4,500 runners took part, 2010′s event should be bigger and better.
